- The Foundation
Between 7 and 15 years old, the foundation hosts many children. They are mostly coming from villages, where their families can not send them to school.
Nima offers to the little residents the opportunity to study and open their minds to the world to let them build a future and get a real job.
With her husband Purna Tamang, they try their best to find the better solutions in order to let a maximum of kids enjoy this opportunity.
- Children
Children have a busy schedule between school from 8:30am to 5:00pm, homeworks and learning the rules of common life. They also participate in household chores and meal preparation to learn as soon as possible how to be responsible and independent.
The foundation hires three persons full time :
A cook,
a help for meals and cleaning,
a help for meals and cleaning,
and a help for homeworks and administration.
In Nepalese culture, relation with environment and nature is very important to the well balance of the human being. In this sens, Nima Sherpini introduced two dogs at the foundation to hold company to children, but also teach them the responsibility of another living being.
School, but also school material, accomodation, transports, food, medical care, clothes are the main needs for kids. But there are also all the houseware material, furnitures and bedding to consider !
Olders and yougers are sharing the same daily life.
- La Fondation
Tous âgés entre 7 et 15 ans, la fondation accueille aujourd'hui les petits comme les grands. Nima et son équipe offrent à leurs petits pensionnaires une scolarité et une ouverture sur le monde qui leur permettront de se construire un avenir et trouver un véritable métier.
Avec son mari Purna Tamang, ils s'efforcent à trouver les meilleures solution afin qu'un maximum d'enfants puisse profiter de cette opportunité.
- Les enfants
Ils ont un emploi du temps chargé entre l’école de 8h30 à 16h, les devoirs, et l’apprentissage des règles de vie commune. Ils participent aussi aux tâches ménagères et à la confection des repas afin de leur apprendre le plus tôt possible à être responsables et indépendants.
L’association emploie trois personnes à temps complet :
Un cuisinier,
une aide pour les repas et l’entretien,
et une aide pour les devoirs et les formalités administratives.
Dans la culture Népalaise, la relation avec la nature et l'environnement est très importante pour le bon équilibre de chacun. Dans ce sens, Nima Sherpini a introduit deux chiens à la fondation pour tenir compagnie aux enfants, mais aussi leur apprendre la responsabilité d'un autre être vivant.
L’école, mais aussi le matériel scolaire, l’hébergement, les transports, la nourriture, les soins médicaux, les vêtements sont les principaux besoins des enfants. Mais il y a aussi tout l’appareil éléctro ménager, meubles et literie à prendre en compte !
